1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777xp9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777xp9 website, its games, services, features, and all associated content accessible at 777xp9.net and any of its subdomains or successor domains.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

3. Account Responsibilities

You acknowledge that all transactions executed through your 777xp9 account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any third party who obtained access to your credentials through your negligence — are your sole responsibility. 777xp9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.

You must not share your account with, or transfer your account to, any other person. Account sharing violates these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777xp9 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All PKR deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees at the current displayed rate. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per defined time periods. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your 777xp9 account and may vary by payment method. 777xp9 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your 777xp9 registration details. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to an account or wallet other than that from which funds were deposited may require additional identity verification.

777xp9 applies standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all withdrawal requests. In certain circumstances, 777xp9 may request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held pending compliance review.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah may take one to three working days. 777xp9 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Any balance remaining in a 777xp9 account that has been dormant for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players are advised to log in periodically and review their balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777xp9 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering (rollover) requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings, and expiry dates. 7. Gaming Rules

All games available on 777xp9 — including live casino games, slot machines, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market as displayed within the respective game interface or sports betting section. These game-specific rules form part of the overall agreement between you and 777xp9.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or any other technical failure during a game round or sporting event, 777xp9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return any staked amounts to the player's account balance. 777xp9's decision in such matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777xp9 content without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — regardless of whether 777xp9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777xp9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. 777xp9 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime where possible.

12. Termination

777xp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; provision of false registration information; or at the sole discretion of 777xp9 management where continued account access is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its player community.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance — including bonuses and bonus-derived winnings — may be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance deposited by the player that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned using the original deposit method, subject to verification.

A player may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 777xp9 customer support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed following standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777xp9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
